This fallow buck Dama Dama had assimilated with a herd of cows on a south Shropshire farm. It grazed with them, walked with them and was accepted by them – this is intensely unusual and rare behaviour – I was contacted by one of the top mammal experts in the UK and she had never heard of or seen this before.
