Description

There are less than 100 long-haired fallow deer in the world, centred in Mortimer Forest and arising due to genetic inbreeding and only discovered in the 1950’s. They are a coat variation and often very hairy with hairy ear tufts – this older male retains a hairy top knot and hairy ears tufts.
